Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Information
We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services for all UK orders. Please note that these are not guaranteed delivery options, and your parcel may take several days to arrive. If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
If items are not collected within the specified timeframe, they will be returned to Humble Servant Clothing. In such cases, you will need to arrange redelivery, and postage costs will need to be paid again. Please note that no refunds will be issued for unclaimed items.
Birmingham Collection
We offer free local pickup to avoid postage and packaging fees. Collections are available from Small Heath, Birmingham. If you wish to collect your purchase in person, please select the pickup option at checkout. Once your order is placed, we will provide instructions on how to arrange collection.
UK Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery: £3.49 (2-4 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48)
UK Express Delivery
Express Delivery: £6.99 (1-2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 24)
For guaranteed next-day delivery, please place your order before 3pm and select the Express Delivery option at checkout. Orders placed after 3pm may not arrive the following day.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service: £8.99
Delivery times are approximately:
- Within the EU: 5-8 working days
- Rest of the world: 7-10 working days
Please note these are estimates, and delays can occur due to weekends, holidays, or customs processes.
Duties & Taxes
Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
