Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to return an item, please read the following carefully:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unused, with tags still attached
• Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• We do not offer exchanges - you may place a new order for the item(s) required

Refunds

• Delivery fees paid at checkout are subsidised and may not reflect the full cost of delivery
• Refunds will be issued minus the actual cost of outbound shipping, regardless of the subsidised delivery rate shown at checkout
• Return shipping costs typically range between £4.50 – £10.00 depending on parcel size and weight
• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

As a small business, we work hard to keep our prices competitive. Unfortunately, the growing number of returns means we must pass on actual shipping and handling costs in order to remain sustainable. We thank you for your understanding and support.
